Shipping Policy

Our order fulfillment time is between 5-7 working days after your order is received. Occasionally, this time may increase due to

Operational bottlenecks at our end due to high influx of orders

We use multiple shipping partners based on the location you place you order from. Once shipped from our end, we will provide you with a tracking number and link so you can track your order. All of our partners use SMS to give you real-time updates on your order status. We encourage you to provide your phone number to be able to get these updates.

Return & Exchange Policy

Terms and Conditions

If there any Damage or any Fault or difference you would find ZEVAR PALACE will be responsible to change the product. The customer would have to resend the parcel via Pakistan Post Courier OR (Any Services) at Zevar Palace address. i.e Shop # 40, Tariq Center, Tariq Road, Karachi.

The Customer who wants to exchange the items with another like (Bangles Size, Bangle Design) OR whatever they have to pay Rs. 200 Delivery Charges.

(Note: Item/s must be returned in their original condition, packaging without any scratches or signs of wear, and must not be resized or altered in any way otherwise exchange will not be entertained)

Exchange Period is of Three days after receiving the parcel. Customer has to notify via call/watsapp/ text message to management of Zevar Palace. After 3 days we will not entertain any complain.

We strictly follow No Return and No Refund Policy

Customer should add complete and proper address with House number, Block Number, Street Number OR Nearest Famous Landmark in order to get their Parcel at Doorstep. Incomplete Address orders will not be dispatched.

Q) Delivery charges for orders from the Online Shop?
A) Delivery is free if the order is above Rs. 2000. If the order is below Rs. 2000 Delivery charges of Rs. 200 will be applied. For international orders all the duties and taxes will be paid by the customers.

Q) How long will delivery take?
A) Delivery time across Pakistan is 3-5 working days. For international orders delivery time will be 7-10 working days. It may vary for different countries. Delivery may take longer for custom orders depending upon their design.

Q) What exactly happens after ordering?
A) You will receive a receipt through E-mail. Followed by a computer generated call ,Or our representative will call if there is any problem. You are requested to pick up the call to confirm your order otherwise it will not be shipped. You are requested to provide a working phone number.

Q) What is your return and exchange policy?
A) Zevar Palace has a strict no return policy. Items once purchased, cannot be returned unless found to be of defective quality. You may exchange any item bought from Zevar Palace within 3 days of receiving it. The item must not be worn, altered or broken. Also, please note that the item(s) must be in its original packing with the invoice. Sale items aren’t exchangeable.
