Q) Delivery charges for orders from the Online Shop?
A) Delivery is free if the order is above Rs. 2000. If the order is below Rs. 2000 Delivery charges of Rs. 200 will be applied. For international orders all the duties and taxes will be paid by the customers.
Q) How long will delivery take?
A) Delivery time across Pakistan is 3-5 working days. For international orders delivery time will be 7-10 working days. It may vary for different countries. Delivery may take longer for custom orders depending upon their design.
Q) What exactly happens after ordering?
A) You will receive a receipt through E-mail. Followed by a computer generated call ,Or our representative will call if there is any problem. You are requested to pick up the call to confirm your order otherwise it will not be shipped. You are requested to provide a working phone number.
Q) What is your return and exchange policy?
A) Zevar Palace has a strict no return policy. Items once purchased, cannot be returned unless found to be of defective quality. You may exchange any item bought from Zevar Palace within 3 days of receiving it. The item must not be worn, altered or broken. Also, please note that the item(s) must be in its original packing with the invoice. Sale items aren’t exchangeable.

Q) What should I do if I receive a damaged or wrong product?
A) In case of any damaged or wrong product, we will exchange the product within 2-3 working days.
Q) Can I change or cancel my order?
A) Yes, order can be changed or cancelled within 2 hours of placing it. Order cannot be cancelled or changed after 2 hours.
Q) What are the payment options?
A) We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) and online payment in the form of Debit Cards & Credit Cards from Visa & Mastercard. We also accept Easy Paisa and Jazz Cash. Please make sure that online payment is enabled on your card.
