Our order fulfillment time is between 5-7 working days after your order is received. Occasionally, this time may increase due to

  1. Unavailability of the items in your order
  2. Operational bottlenecks at our end due to high influx of orders 
  3. Any other unforeseen events.

We use multiple shipping partners based on the location you place you order from. Once shipped from our end, we will provide you with a tracking number and link so you can track your order. All of our partners use SMS to give you real-time updates on your order status. We encourage you to provide your phone number to be able to get these updates.

Within Pakistan: 3-5 days

Rest of the world: 10-15 days

For bespoke orders or out of stock products, please allow additional 7 working days.
