Terms and Conditions

If there is any damage, fault, or difference found, Zevar Palace will be responsible for changing the product. The customer must resend the parcel via Pakistan Post Courier or any courier service to the following address:

Shop # 40, Tariq Center, Tariq Road, Karachi.

Customers who wish to exchange items (such as bangle size, bangle design, etc.) must pay Rs. 200 as delivery charges.

Note: Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging, without any scratches or signs of wear, and must not be resized or altered in any way. Otherwise, the exchange will not be entertained.

The exchange period is three days after receiving the parcel. Customers must notify Zevar Palace management via call, WhatsApp, or text message. After three days, no complaints will be entertained.

We strictly follow a No Return and No Refund Policy.

Customers must provide a complete and proper address including house number, block number, street number, or the nearest famous landmark to ensure doorstep delivery. Orders with incomplete addresses will not be dispatched.
